Are you ready to dive into the world of Infinity Nikki and unlock its exciting quests? One of the early quests you'll encounter is "Purify Scent in the Cavern," located in the beautiful region of Florawish within the Heartcraft Kingdom. This quest not only teaches you how to craft Whim Fragrances but also rewards you with valuable items. Let's explore how to complete it!

Step 1: Find the Quest Location

To start, head to Florawish and follow the path north, near the Secret Base Warp Spire. You'll see a man sweeping the pathway. Speak with him, and he'll introduce himself as Eremita. He's talking about a treasure, but before he shares more, you need to prove yourself by completing a small task.

Step 2: Prove Yourself

Eremita asks you to purify three nearby Esselings using your Purification ability. Once you've done this, return to him, and he'll reveal the location of the treasure.

Step 3: Search for the Cavern

Follow the quest marker to a cave entrance near the Dream Warehouse. Inside, you'll find a straightforward path with treasures and Esselings along the way. Make sure to purify any Esselings you encounter and jump on platforms to reach the top of the cave.

Step 4: Claim the Treasure

At the top, you'll find a treasure chest guarded by a group of Esselings. Purify them to unlock the chest and claim its contents, which include the Herbal Scent needed for crafting Whim Fragrances.

Step 5: Leave the Cavern

After claiming the treasure, leave the cavern by jumping down a hole behind the chest. This will lead you back to the entrance.

Step 6: Craft Traveler's Musings

Return to Eremita, and he'll explain how to craft Whim Fragrances. To craft the Traveler's Musings fragrance, follow these steps:

1. Access the Heart of Infinity and unlock the Traveler's Musings Sketch with 1 Whimstar and 10,000 Bling.

2. Open the Sketches menu, navigate to the Whim Fragrance tab, and select Traveler's Musings.

3. Craft it using 1 Herbal Scent, 20 Tricky Patches, and 50 Threads of Purity.

Step 7: Equip the Fragrance (Optional)

To equip the Traveler's Musings, go to your Wardrobe, select the Whim Fragrance tab, and choose Traveler's Musings. This will add a special combat effect.

Step 8: Conclude the Quest

Finally, speak with Eremita again to conclude the quest and claim your rewards.
